As everyone has already said, congrats on both the weight loss and quitting cigarettes! Doing both at one time must have been hard, but you are now 10 x more healthy! you look great!

This week has a been a bit tough on my end...my boyfriend has been staying with me for the week and he has a healthy but manly appetite! Ughh trying to maintain good size proportions for my meals is difficult with him around. BUT ten pounds for Christmas sounds so much better than full-sized meals.

I agree but I have found a nice balance of both. I have noticed that over the years of experimenting with both, I have begun to enjoy each for different reasons.
