I met my goals for drinking water and staying at my chosen caloric intake. I completed the w1d3 of trimmed in 30. I didn't get to finish my treadmill due to scheduling conlicts with children. I'm pumped!

I need some motivation and this sounds great! My 20th high school reunion is in June and I need to kick it in gear.
