So would you say the same applies to a man wearing a Speedo?

Personally I have never used any of these products and probably never will. I am able to do my own research and feed myself as well as figure out what I need to do at the gym to get results. It takes 20 minutes of searching the internet to figure out what you need to do. That being said, some people simply need the…

Use to do it and it helped greatly with my tight back. In the end, I found it to be a waste of gym time in terms of burning calories. If you add it to your workout plan (as in increase your total workout time not replace another activity) give it a shot. Like a previous posted said, it burns minimal calories but does…

People who block up the parking lot waiting for a space so they don't have to walk an extra 20 feet.

Touche. (but you are in the small minority. from what i read research has shown that gym membership returns to yearly average after mid February)

January. Look I get it, you made a new years resolution but the fact of the matter is that you aren't going to stick with it. A new years resolution is a gimmick. Stop crowding the gym.

1) Guy picking the shower right between me and another guy when then entire other wall of showers is empty. Com'on man. 2) People going to classes and let their children run wild in the rest of the gym. 3) Gym staff not enforcing gym rules (see above) 4) Children using weight machines and gym staff not stopping them. I…

General lack of civility/manners and knowing what it means to be part of a civilized society. (Large problem inside and outside of the gym)

Exactly. They took Battle Royal and turn it into a typical teenage lover story drama like Twilight.

Can we get a "sticky" on this? (Seriously)
-
Nothing more than Battle Royal mixed Twilight

Adding 30 minutes to my exercise routine and increasing calories did far more for me than lower calories.

He is probably "tired and stress out" at work because he isn't doing anything (wink wink) to relieve that stress. Anyways, to be honest he sounds like kinda a *kitten* hole. He should be supporting you not putting you down with backhanded compliments.

Yes. My resting heart rate is ~60BPM while in the sauna it is ~110BPM

For me Its more about the ability to set goals and keep them. Its the ability to care about ones self enough to exercise. Its knowing that one must put in hard work throughout life to get anything. Its the mental state and the drive of the person. The result might be skinny/fit girls but there is more to it than that.

+2 lbs. No matter how much "weight" I gain/lose my weight stays the same. (my weight never really fluctuates rather my BFP)

A meal here and a meal there is irrelevant in the long run of things. It is all about getting into a healthy lifestyle. Making the right choices day in and day out. Know what a tablespoon of something actually is. Once you stat to live the "healthy' lifestyle the rest will take care of its self cheat meal or not. People…

Define "jog" Get on a treadmill and see what it takes to get your HR in your target zone.

I am going to get in trouble if I honesty reply to this thread so I am just going to bit my tongue.

I don't think you understand how government operates now. With the expansion of the nanny state, certain politicians believe that doing *anything* is better than doing nothing.
-
What a joke. Here is a novel idea, lets let people make their own *choices* and live with the *consequences*. Who are any of us to judge the lifestyle someone may choose to live.

Digifit HRM setup. Best product on the market.

Its hard to take anything seriously from any person or property even remotely related to the spectacle that is "The Biggest Loser".

This is America. People are lazy even when it comes to losing weight. Most people will take the path of least resistance even if that include pills or elective gastric bypass surgery.
-
The best advice I can give you is that once you stop caring about what other people (who are largely irrelevant in your life) thinks/say your life will be far more happy. Most people who get bitter about the success of others improving health is usually due to the realization that they lack their own willpower to do the…

Don't know if this has been posted yet but there is an entire blog dedicated to a guy who ate (semi healthy) on $1 per day. Took a lot of work but it is certainly possible. Edit: http://www.grocerycouponguide.com/articles/eating-well-on-1-a-day/

KFC has a 51g drumstick at 150 calories and a 96g thigh at 250. Can't be *that* much worse.

Fitbit is nothing more than a glorified pedometer. If you want something that will give you more impact get a HRM. I HIGHLY suggest getting a digifit setup.

Calories in, calories out. Don't worry about it. If you want it, eat it. Just make sure you are eating less/things with less calories at other times or work out an extra 15 minutes at the gym.
