  • Good topic..I use a hybrid of Body for life --20 minutes hard cardio(spin bike) every other day, upper and lower body workouts between that, 6-days a week. Loved the old circuit traning at vic tanny back in the day..Not selling anything here but getting bored with a workout regiment happens not so much with BFL....-Bill
