I want to know why people think it's ok to say anything at all besides "you look good". You wouldn't be making comments to me if I were packing ON 10 pounds as opposed to losing them..... I'm working really hard and it's not easy. Good for me and GOOD FOR ALL OF YOU, TOO!!! AMEN!! :)

When I started to run I was exactly 268lbs. I've been doing it for 3 years and I'm fine. I'm not very fast, but I'm fine :)

YES!!!!!! I have to lose 20 or 30lbs before I can get into a pants size smaller. My bras, on the other hand, are an entirely different story. I lose evertying i got up top after about 10lbs :)

I usually just skip my heavy day and try to fit it in somewhere else. I get back on schedule the week after.

It's an uphill battle, but once you get up that hill, it's worth it. I also started from scratch with walk 4min run one. Too funny :). I was told to be careful running by a pond because some dude in a huge truck just ran over a rattle snake but didn't kill it. I thanked him for the tip. I don't think he got my sarcasm. I live in rural South Carolina.
