Look closely at your diary; I see going over on fats & sugars daily. I'm not saying I don't cheat now and then but my plateau has been longer. I think if you stayed within the limits, you'd continue to lose. Best of luck. ☺

My schedule goes with the Zumba schedule at the gym. 4x a week. I stagger swimming laps, exercise bike & leg lifts after the Zumba sessions.

I have a friend who had surgery, went from a size 3x to a size 10, she exercised the whole time. She didn't need to have any skin removed, she got it tight. ☺

I bought one from Sears, only liked one. 60% off $36.99. Went to Ross's; bought 3 for $25.99 each Took the Sears one back. Since I have a large belly & am in plus size I like the skirted suits.

i so agree. And I also wonder about the posts of eating but not swallowing, or why can't i lose when the diary says ate mcd's 3 times a day. Is this for attention? Seems like they're making fun of the whole site. Just my opinion.

Ask for a cup of hot water, and add a packet of Miso soup to it, it's energizing and only 35 calories. I just had some.

i love taco salad, but yup after they fry the tortilla fattening! When I crave Mexican, I get a enchilada or 2 chicken tacos. (no sour cream) Why do husbands do this? Listen to your inner voice.

Before joining, do your research online. write down prices, any added dues etc.. compare them, ask for a weeks free pass to see if you like it. May gyms give 7-10 days free pass. When you pick a certain one, make sure they'll do comparison price.. I did and saved 250.00 !!

No more boiled peanuts, too fattening. Otherwise I don't know. I've plateau'd for a long time, think I was under eating so now time will tell.

Besides regular water, I drink green tea with blue agave & sparkling ice waters with flavors; lemon lime, black raspberry & orange. Neither have sugar or calories. Very tasty and take care of that sugar/soda cravings.

I was eating Special K with strawberries, but found Honey Nuts & Oats has flakes with peaches or raspberries, and they are less sugar/carbs than Special K. If you sprinkle Hemp Hearts on your food you'll feel extremely full. I use 1/2 tsp
