Do you have any suggestions about weight training programmes? I really like workout DVDs - I'm about to start Ripped in 30. I agree, I don't actually mind if the scale doesn't ever change again, I just want my body to look good! :)

I feel the same way, if you consider this a 'project' it become easier. It gives you SO much pride and self respect to take control of your body again.

^^^^^ THIS! It's hard not to want results straight away, but you didn't gain the weight by eating one pizza, it was lots of small decisions that put the weight on, and making lots of small decisions is the only way to get it off.

Well done for coming back! Haha yes I also thought I was ridiculously fat in high school (110 - 115 lbs - ridiculous!). Good luck on your journey.
