You live in an apartment, you have to be considerate of others. They pay rent just like you do.

Yes. He does...he married me. ;)

You look amazing! I too would love to know how many rounds you've done. I plan on doing the fit test later this week.

Sex: Female Age: 29 Weight: 165 Height: 5'3 How many calories you NET per day: Probably 1,200-ish. I'm not sure of exact calories b/c I do not have a HRM at this time so I estimate low on cals burned. How many times per week you exercise w/ minutes: Run 6 days a week usually 6-8 hours a week.

As shallow as we can be, not everyone is looking for the most fit, skinny person to be with. Don't let your weight hinder you from going out there to meet someone. Last October here on MFP, I met my now husband (we married in March). I was a size 6, and had just filed for divorce a couple weeks prior to starting to date my…

(Step)Mom of a 9, will be 10 year old girly-girl in September. Just got married in March so it's ALL new for me as I have 3 little boys. She IS sweet but very manipulative like her mother so it causes a strain in my relationship in getting close with her. If she does not get her way she acts out (her dad won't put up with…

I was recently in a long distance relationship prior to getting married to him in March. The problem? I lived in the east coast time zone, him on pacific time. We stayed up late at night talking because we could never really talk till after 10pm his time (1 or later my time)...so I wasn't getting any sleep and my body…

Beautiful smile :)

Feel free to add me. This is my umpteenth time on mfp (took about a 5 months break from here), always looking to support and help others.

Ditch it. I was obsessed over a year ago with it...worst thing to ever bring into the house. If you're dropping pants sizes, don't even worry about it.
-
As others have said, ditch the crap coffee. I buy a local roaster who makes their coffee right in town. It's called Honeymoon Bay, and when I'm tight on money I go with Tully's.

THank you so much for all your advice. I'm definitely going to check out the indoor climbing before we make the investment, too. :) She loves playing outside and always raves about rock climbing when we see groups of them at Mt. Erie climbing (while we are out hiking).

Consult with doc, but in my personal experience? I began running when I was 210lbs. I lost over 100lbs., and I'm did fine. The only thing I'd recommend is some compression socks and minimalist shoes. I personally run barefoot b/c I find even minimalist shoes cause injury for me.

So glad to find this group! :) I'm a 29 y/o step mom. I recently got married, and married a man with a 9 year old daughter. I have 3 sons myself, and recently relocated from PA to WA state. We haven't officially come together as one family (my boys are visiting their dad for the summer months) yet so we haven't fully…

I'm not in Seattle, about 2 hours outside (Island county) but we'll go to the store for gear. Thank you!

I drink a 5 hour energy about 2-3x a week, and drink 4-8 cups of coffee a day (tully's espresso). I also drink a minimum of a gallon of water everyday, so no guilt here.

Fitting in skinny jeans.

I married one of my mfp friends in March of this year. Last year he was recently divorced, and I had just filed for divorce a couple weeks prior to meeting him and although I was legally married I was separated for 3 years and so ready to move on. We were not looking, we just happend, and we already intended to "marry"…

I started to run when I was 210lbs. Hard on the joints and I could only run a mile at a time, but I got it done. What about lifting weights?

I've been running 3 years, and have 2 races under my belt (marathon, and 5K). I'm currenly training for a half marathon in Sept., and a full in November, a 50K in March, and then a 50 miler next July. Sunday: off Monday: 120 minute Tuesday: 60 minutes of intervals Wednesday: Cycle for 60 minutes Thursday: 60 minute run…

Mouth, never through my nose, but you also may want to keep an eye on exercise induced asthma if you are having trouble with breathing. :)

As a white girl with a pancake butt, I don't see a problem with this. I have the opposite problem.

About 2 hours from Seattle, WA...just moved here from PA.

Not going to beat you up, but your kid has to hear those kind of put downs from somewhere. That would warrant a spanking in this household. I recently got re-married and along with a new husband, I got a 9 year old step-daughter. I learned the hard way to stop calling myself "fat" in front of her because she was asking me…

29 years old 5'3 tall 169lbs. (last weigh in) Goal: 120-130lbs. Used to be about 250lbs. over 3 years ago, I'm on my second round of losing the last bit of the weight. The last 30lbs. comes and goes as it pleases and I want to get it under control. I'm runner. I've done one full marathon, and 1 5K. Currently training for a…

My first race (ever) was a full marathon, but I did run a 5K 2 months after my marathon and my time was 31:10. I was coming off an injury and gained about 8lbs. of injury weight so I think I did pretty well for being a back of the pack runner. Didn't train for it and it was really my only road run post-injury aside from PT…

Hi, I'm Annie. I used to be on MFP this past fall under the username irunforfun. I ran my first marathon with the support of mfp last year, after that in November of last year I did just one 5K completely barefoot and suffered an injury from it that's never healed, and regretfully gained 30lbs. over the winter. I'm back to…
