I start my day w/4 eggs and 3 pieces of bacon, roughly 450 calories and I'm full well into lunch time. I eat pepporoni and cheese sticks, I use butter and oilve oil, I don't do milk, I use unsweetened almond milk, it has 1 carb per cup.Oh and almond butter and cucumbers are a fav of mine too.

I'm also guilty of night eating. Fortunately we are not allowed to have food or candy at our desk so all I can munch on while working are Tic-Tacs, lol.

But I saw 17 mins and 13 calories burned logged before. My sister-in-law worked in a bakery and she worked her butt off I'm sure that that job burns more calories than my desk job but I don't think I would log it as exercise...me personally

I don't log it unless it gets my heart rate in the target zone...I don't even log sex but I'bve seen it. To each their own I guess.

I have a simple solution....don't order any...I have two neices that are Girl Scouts and numerous friends and they understand, I don't eat them. I mean I will, Thin Mints are my fav but that's why I don't buy them

When my neice Sarah was younger, like 4ish maybe 5 I had her convinced I knew everything. I would get info from her Mom and she didn't know it so it went on for years. I hope she remembers it fondly. otherwise, your face will get stuck that way

I agree to start out really low resistance and levels. I bought an elliptical a few years ago and started on 0% resistance and just walked, now I do 20% incline and 14-20 level. I don't recall having any specific leg pain other than my calfs hurting me sometimes. Does your gym have a trainer to make sure you're doing it…

I have cut out junk foods including chips, cookies, ice cream, carbs such as sugar, potatoes, rice, bread and pasta. You have to have it if you are craving it no matter what it is or it'll just drive you to binge so although I cut out carbs I still have an occasional sweet potato. I try to eat clean w/no processed foods.…
