5'5 3/4 Start: 209.2 lbs :embarassed: (didn't measure bust) 43 Waist 46 Hips Current: 181 bs 42 Bust 37 3/4 Waist 41 Hips I'm a little over a # from loosing 30lbs & my halfway goal. :happy: (I haven't updated my ticker yet, so mind what it says...I do that only on Wednesday's)

I'm planning on starting it again (I only did level 1). (I've been walking 5 miles 3-4 days a week, but definitely want to add some strength training in with that). One thing that I recommend that I did, was walk on a tredmill or just around the house or outside for 10 minutes. That seeme to of helped me with sore muscles…

I was 145 when I graduated, but lost about 10 pounds, when I moved out. I was a poor 18 year old kid with no food and worked 12+ hours a day! LOL I ran everyday too, so that helped. I was very muscular. I'm 5'5 and 202 pounds right now... :] My goal is to get down to 140 and run in a marathon. Wishful thinking!
