I am gluten sensitive- so I had to quit most forms of bread. The sandwich can always become a salad... just put it in a bowl... some nice rice or nut crackers gives some crunch to it all and that helps. good luck

I think I had this once in my r foot as a result of driving a lot. I did stretches which helped, but quit that job and it went away. Yoga stretching might help it and is also a good work out- and also swimming. good luck

are you getting enough iron? Just wondering... I used to get dizzy from exertion when I was not getting enough iron. I do something I call 'pretend running' it is the running movement, just so much slower. Get into a groove you can handle for 15 minutes- do it 3x a week- then more. Good luck!
