Eggs! I always crave eggs! I scramble two whole eggs and wrap them in a Mission Carb Balance tortilla with a couple tablespoons with fresh salsa or fry one egg in a little olive oil and make a sandwich with 2 pieces of whole wheat toast. I've tried to eat oatmeal or cereal and I just can't get into it! Love my eggs...

I would think you don't want to stop because you are going to long between meals. I would suggest eating small meals every 3-4 hours. Always eat breakfast within an hour of waking up!
