  • Reading all the posts, let's keep it simple: Total Carbs-Fiber=Net Carbs (should be 20 or under for phase I) Good luck! One slice of bread won't kill you. Love the comment that one slice of bread wouldn't stall a chipmunk! I have found that the real killer is sugar.
  • MMA1987 - Well said.....it has been amazing to see the differences when I eat "the right way" and supplement with good Whey Proteins to get to my daily totals, a good recovery drink within 30 minutes of a workout and proper timing. I wish I had understood this sooner.

  • Ditto on JenniferOrtiz's post. Your "fat burning" continues after you've completed your workout, so by exercising before breakfast, your body is digesting while it is in a higher metabolic rate... you burn what you ate and it is not stored.
