This!!! my best friend didn't notice that i lost 25 lbs and my height is 5' 1" so it was a big difference!!don't worry, it isn't a bad thing! but i have to say everybody seems to notice when i gained those 25 lbs:explode: :explode: in fact it was the first thing everybody made a comment on!

i cut out the soda. i think the calories you receive from the drinks are the most important. are the ones you forget to count. also if you don't drink soda you ll drink more water. the same with the alcohol and the high calories coffes. i didn't cut out the alcohol completely, just reduced it!! :tongue: :tongue: :tongue:…

you are so right!sometimes we forget that it's about the change of our lifestyle to a healthier one, with more exercise and healthier foods and we focuse more on the pounds and the numbers!!you have a great reward system! :)

you are sooooo right! i lost 10 kilos and i regreeet it that i don't have a photo... i only have a photo with clothes that you can;t tell the difference... but now that i started exercising i took my BEFORE photo so that i can see the results!!!and ofcourse post them! take a photo every month and enjoy your results!! :D
