  • I agree with every post above me - you are already at a decently low weight; the more you weigh, the more you burn. You also do have to eat your exercise calories (I found this out the hard way by not losing weight when dieting and working out) because if you don't, your body goes into "starvation mode" and basically does…

  • I don't eat it regularly but I think it tastes great. I eat it when I get yeastie beastie problems (which is often) and the acidophilus in yogurt helps a lot. I prefer Activia over a lot of yogurts.
