^^^This! It's amazing. Nike Training (others have mentioned this). BMF (British Military Fitness) - There's bound to be an equivalent if it's not available in the US x

Clearly I don't know how to multi-quote from my phone, sorry for all the posts. On and off all my life and I have a pretty physical job but in general it never seems to get any more interesting... x

In all honesty I've no idea! The makers are super eager about the app though so I guess if you follow the link above and email them they might be able to help. I'll bet it's not the 1st time they've been asked. X

Thank you. :) I'm ashamed to admit that I used to run for my country (albeit a small one). Aside from being older and lazier, it's more because I could name 50 things without stopping for breath that I'd rather be doing with my limited free time. When it comes to regular exercise I'm like a toddler having a tantrum. I hate…

Hell no! What kind of mothers would we be if we didn't prepare our kids for the zombie apocalypse? Anyone who thinks its weird is getting eaten first! <<< true story. X

Do it Do it Do it! If I spent any of my day worrying about making a fool of myself I'd never leave the house! X
-
True but then it might have you running in your sleep which sounds like ideal exercise to me! X

Here you go: https://www.zombiesrungame.com/ X P.s I appreciate your 1st post ever being in response to my hating exercise. Good to know I'm not alone!

I found it in the app store on my phone, so I guess you could try iTunes store>Apps? Let me go and check who made it as there may be links on the creators website... X

Got it, much appreciated. xxx

There are so many threads across the boards that bring up this topic. It's making my head hurt. At the risk of being flamed to a crisp - could someone help me out? I'm not interested in dramatic weight loss, I don't have an unhealthy attitude to food (unless you count prolonged periods of utter laziness). And I want to fin…

There are SO many threads on this subject that I'm a little dizzy trying to read them all! I've found yours to be the clearest and really helped me to begin to understand. And you don't seem scary impatient like some others so can I just clarify something? I'm a week and a half in using MFP. It gave me a daily goal of 1200…

The great thing about MFP is that you don't need to feel guilty about those moments of weakness. Because you can make up for it over the course of the week when you're feeling stronger willed and able to look back at today as a blip. x

So glad you decided to eat something. Eggs are awesome and so low in calories, bananas too! Definitely up your daily protein too and you'll struggle with this less and less. x

Female 35 5' 2" SW 137 Start date April 3rd, 2012 CW 132 GW 112 Mum of 1 I'm also looking for an exercise twin. I suck motivation wise so anyone want to pair up on, say, 30 mins 5 days a week to start working up to 60mins? x

^^^ This! It's a personal thing I suppose but I'm not bothered what anyone thinks. I'm neither telling nor not telling. I'm not in the habit of commenting on others eating habits, it's rude - so I expect the same courtesy from those around me. I know for some people that family members/friends can be a bit toxic when it…

Why deny yourself a bit of indulgence on that particular day? You could just make up for it on your other days. I know everyone's different but I never deny myself at such an event. I LOVE food but can easily reign myself in the rest of the week. You could have had a small taste of everything on that table and not felt…

Hi *big wave* I'm new to the boards but spotted this thread and HAD to join in. I'm utterly useless at drinking water. I can go several days before I realise I've had none and only then because I'm starting to feel unwell. I've managed to get up to around 2 glasses a day since I started MFP so I'm challenging myself to get…
