Kickboxing HIIT Tabata-type training (when you're short on time, but need to burn lots of calories) I also agree with all those who mentioned running. Always good - especially with intervals.

Co-signing all the other posters: AMAZING results! I, too, have started and stopped 30DS many times, but I think this was the motivation I needed to get serious about it. I know what my April workout will be, now! How many days a week did you do it?

Another vote for early morning exercise. Although I'm having a hard time getting back into it, that's what works for me. I do at home DVD's (Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire and others) because going to the gym won't work with my family's schedule.
