you have to eat at least 1200 cal a day, if you don't you will not lose weight, my Doctor has told me that for years, when I did what she said and began to eat more cals, I started losing weight. I have now loss 55lb. eating 1350 cals a day.

I love mine, when you do something and it don't count it as steps, you just put in what you did it & it will give you the calories that you burn. I love that it talks to MFP.

It is all about calories in- calories out, I got the fitbit and it keeps track for you of your steps, calories burned, stairs climbed, also tracks your sleep. it was the best thing I have ever bought, I have loss over 50lbs. and I sit all day also.

My son is a runner on a CC team, when they get side stitches, Coach said it is because they didn't drink enough WATER before they ran. So 30 min. before you run you should drink at least 32oz. of water, no soda pop. you have to hydrate you body.:drinker:
