Feel free to add me. I started at 311. I am now somehwere between 247-250 (in a little plateau and keep fluctuating). I still have about 70 lbs to go. I am 5'9 so I'd like to be around 170-180.

Thanks everyone for your help. I do have strength training workouts 1-2 times a week. I unfortunatley have to travel a lot for my job which is why I have to eat out sometimes- but I try to pick low sodium foods as often as I can. Thanks. I need to get a scale so I can accurately count. I never know how to eat back my calories. That is something I am still learning. Any advice on which foods to eat? I am a recovering food addict so when I hear I can eat more I usually want to go for something I shouldn't eat.

There are other factors that are possibly contributing to my slower weight loss... I guess I have to try different things to figure it out! 1. My Vitamin D level is low. Yes I have. And I was losing about 1-2 lbs a week, now I'm losing 1-2 lbs a month.
