so i looked at your food diary, and it seems pretty good... i would just increase exercise personally, even if i eat well, i wont see much results if i'm not working out... make sure to keep up with your good nutrition, but increase exercise and weight training!!!

so there are a number of things that can be happening... and i am no dietitian or anything, but i am in school to become one, and i just looked over your food diary... you don't seem to be eating consistently, you have all of these meals set up but you normally eat about 3 meals a day. i definitely would recommend to…

personally, i like to be as least covered as possible... i usually wear leggings and a tank top. If i go outside for a run and its chilly i'll wear a sweater, but I would never put on more clothing than needed just to sweat more... I find it uncomfortable and I would get too hot during cardio, so it would inhibit my…

yeah, i find that any cereal other than KASHI go lean protein cereal or any type of ezekial cereal just leaves me wanting more.. so either try one of those cereals, or i like to have waffles (vans 8-whole grain waffles... they have some added fiber and protein) with banana and a TBSP of walnuts... or eggs. Or sometimes if…

i can't really listen to music when i do cardio =( the earphones slip out of my ear =(.... but i'm going to try to find better headphones (any suggestions) but when im doing strength training and during the part of my cardio when the earphones actually stay in, i loveeee beyonce!!!

you have to just try it out... MFP doesn't know everything! Each specific person's metabolism is different... MFP just makes a generalization
-
if you really want help, I am in school to become a regiestered dietitian, so maybe I can help... friend me, if you would like, and I can hopefully help with your diet

tricep dips, pushups, lunges, jump squats, jumping jacks while squatting, supermans, calf raises you can also do other strength training exercises (bicep curls, shoulder raises....etc) while just applying your own resistance when you do the exercise

box jumps!! i am pretty fit, and am so scared to do them, and when i try... i fail =(... some exercises are not meant for everyone, but don't give up!!!!! Especially with the planks! Core strength is essential for most exercises and to prevent injuryyyy

I was one pill for a few months, and only gained about 5 pounds (but in about a month)... yes, it was because I was eating more. But i just couldn't control the urge to eat! Finally, I started eating well on the pill, but I didn't lose those extra 5 pounds! On top of it, I felt like absolute crap about myself... which…

if you are working the muscle well, you should be sore for about 2 or more days! If you're not... add more weight or make sure your form is proper and you are doing the exercise correctly Personally, I use 12 as a guide... if i can do 12 reps, easily, of whatever exercise i'm doing, I increase the weight... if you have to…

i kind of, sort of have a peanut m&m addiction... once i start, i cant stop!!!!! i swear if i cut out peanut m&m's i would be at sustanence calorie intake haha... its actually pretty funny to me and on top of it, its not my fault that the m&ms are in my house! my mother and sister eat them!!

i know...its just so frustrating, because ive gotten my legs and lower body nice and toned and muscular, and now im trying to continue keeping that up, while trying to lose a few more pounds, and lose the little fat i have, without losing my leg muscles..WHILE trying to tone my arms ahhh
-
i dont really have much weight to lose.... i weigh 121 pounds =(
-
aw don't feel bad about it... overeating is okay, you just need to know how to get back on track! Sweets ALWAYS trigger me to binge and eat when i'm not even hungry!!!!
-
idk what type of undergarments you were wearing.... but if it was a thong, no good!! I learned the hard way =(

PLEASE do not go by BMI! I work at a gym as a nutritionist, and am a dietetic major in college... It is known that BMI is not accurate in saying how healthy you are... Buy a body fat calculator (if you are using the digital one fast at least 4 hours before using it). BMI does not take into consideration muscle mass!!
-
Definitely follow the calories you were given on MFP... just be careful with the calories MFP says you burned, sometimes it is inaccurate... you should invest in a heart rate monitor! Also, at the gym make sure you make use of your time!!!! Don't rest more than 30 seconds inbetween sets! UP THE CARDIO! and also, eat very…

so running in an easy task! I was never really overweight, and it was still hard for me to get into it! I would do the same thing, run one minute, walk one minute... until i was able to run consistently for 10 or 15 minutes. Then I increased the speed, and continued to work on my running that way.Make sure you have good…

yeah, thats totally not cool of him! I wokout at two different gyms, one which I work at, which is relatively new and small, so i have the ability to get on the treadmill for 5 minutes, get off and do a circuit of exercises, and then get back on the treadmill for 5 minute cardio intervals, and doing my weight training…

it depends... when i'm doing some light cardio, like just walking, i'm able to talk... but if i'm running, i'll sweat all over you if you come near me =)... for the most part, when i weight train, I dont talk to anyone... sometimes my old trainer works out with me, but one of the gyms i go to is very personal, and is very…

i haven't given up anything... but i really should give up added sugar!!!i just need the willpower to do so.
-
great job on the progress so far... your body needs carbs, though.... everyone's does. Carbs will definite bloat you... and that is including sugar. Try and keep the servings of carbs down to 100 g, if you think that is your problem. When you do buy bread, try ones with less than 25g of carbs, and at least some protein and…
