I wake up STARVING all the time!! I usually chug a glass of water (gatorade if Iv'e got a headache) and go back to bed. If that doesn't work....I eat a few animal cookies. Not the best idea, but they're low in calories. The crunch makes me feel satisfied....& I count it in breakfast. Good luck sleeping thru the night…
