I agree. There is an old saw that losing more than 2lbs per week is "unsafe." That's really not true, ala Biggest Loser, Atkins, etc. However, it might not be SUSTAINABLE. And that's important to remember. Sustainable weight loss is what we want to see. Not huge losses (and all too often, regains!) Trying to lose more than…
