5 miles today. I cut 45 seconds off of my 5 mile time from last week so yay. Only 3.5 more minutes to cut off to get to my goal.

Thinking of you @kareF !! 5 snowy miles for me this morning. It took me 1:04:15. Definitely no where close to a lot of you awesome people but that is a pr for me and getting closer to my goal of 5 miles in an hour. Considering I started with 16 minute miles after coming back from my stress fracture, I am pretty happy. :)

@Virkati I live in Longmont and ran 4.5 miles in the wind this morning and it wasn't pleasant. I am pretty pleased with how well I did through it although I'm not sure what the mph of the wind then was though.

Leave it to me to have a very nice run this morning just to go to the grocery store and sprain my ankle. Blah! It's pretty sore so I don't know how long I will have to rest it. At least I didn't break anything I guess.

Last night was: Bench w/u; 10x80; 8x85; 8x90 (rep pr!) Row 10x70; 8x75; 8x75 Ohp 10x50; 8x55; 5x60 (was supposed to be 6) Lat pull down 10,8,6 I am pretty pleased that I've been hitting some pr's lately and I've actually been sticking to a deficit. Hopefully it will continue for a bit.

If you are interested in doing any Harry Potter themed virtual runs, you can find the Hogwarts Running Club on Facebook and Instagram. Adding 2.21 miles from Monday and 3.59 miles from this morning. This morning was 54 degrees and it felt great!

Congratulations, @kristinegift !!! I don't usually run on Sundays but today my 7 year old and I did a virtual 5K Patronus race for the Horgwarts Running Club. I love having a little running buddy. :)

I did not stick to my only goal I had in September which was to stay in a deficit so I am going with that for October.

Love the title of this month's thread!! Today was short and sweet: Deadlift w/u; 4x165 (rep pr) Hip thrust 3x10x130 Ab wheel 3x10 I got a rep pr on both bench and deadlifts this week so I am pretty happy. I am taking a deload week and then this next cycle I should be hitting some weight pr's.
