3.5 early morning miles to start off April. I tried to run by heart rate but it really just made my run suck and was so slow that my knees are feeling achy when they hardly ever do.

Instead of going out for a 3 mile solo run this morning, I went for a 3.5 mile run/walk with my 6 year old. I am not going to count it with my goal because there was a lot of walking but we had fun and I love that he wants to go with me. :)

3/27 3 miles. I am wondering when I will learn that I really benefit from foam rolling my calves before I go out. I would think I would have gotten the hint by now. Oh well! Only 1 more mile until I hit my goal. Yay!

3/25 2.5 miles I had 3.5 miles scheduled but I have had a horrible migraine. I didn't want to skip the run all together so I just did the 2.5 loop around my neighborhood. 3/23 3 miles. I ran 43 miles in December, January, and February so as long as nothing unexpected happens between now and the rest of the month, I am happy to see my monthly miles going up.

I had a really great 6 mile run today. I felt that runner's high feeling which doesn't happen very often, so yay! My average pace was over 45 seconds per mile faster than when I ran 5.5 miles two weeks ago and it felt pretty easy. :)

I am in awe of all the awesomeness in this thread. I got a personal best for 3 miles this morning. It was only a 12:09 average pace but if I can manage to sustain that pace for my 10k in May, I will be thrilled.

I use Batiste dry shampoo if I run in the morning and don't have the time to wash my hair. I have dark hair and Batiste has a dark specific one that I really like.

Do you have a Sprouts in Southwestern Colorado? I am in the Boulderish area so I am not sure. Today I found Oatmeal Raisin Cookie, Raspberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and Salted Peanut Caramel there and they were buy one get one which was a great deal.
