Ilive in colorado too! pueblo west to be specific and we dont have any street lights so i either wear a head lamp ( which looks and feels dorky but it works) or i go to the Resivoir where there are miles and miles of trails that cars arent allowed on.

i hate the taste of green tea but there are so many studys on it that make it out to be like a wonder drug so i make tea with one bag of green tea and a bag of something else like black tea.

try adidas shoes. right now i have "adidas flyby" and i like them a lot. I also love saucony. i havent had great luck with nike but everyone has different feet so you may love them
