I LOVE saucony shoes and sure feet insoles! I'd suggest going to a running store and see what they reccomend for you.

When we moved in our house we used anointing oil and prayed over the whole house and went room to room and anoited all the windows and outside doors to keep evil away.

I've got the green thunder (was hoping it tasted like Mt Dew :blushing: but it doesn't ) and the black cherry -- I really like the black cherry! It doen't give me "energy" its just got 60 mg of caffeine per serving "for energy."

Thats me too! I've started exercising 3-4 days a week, cut out soda, and am a lot more mindful of what I eat -- and I've been fighting with the same 4-5 lbs since the end of Nov! :frown:

4'11 & 1/2 here -- I'm at around 160 and want to get to down around 140 for my first round goal. I know my max weight is around 119, but its been many years since I've seen that! :-)

Do you have insoles for your shoes? (not the one's they come with) I LOVE Superfeet insoles -- I have them in my running shoes and my work shoes. When I switched to them a lot of my soreness and shin splint issues went away.

The Air Force has more or less thrown out the actual weight standard. They measure your waist and you have a max of 34" for women, men is higher, and you get points for what your waist size is, a 31.5" waist will get you max points.
