Interesting question I was shocked recently when I saw a Dr.OZ show and they were (morbidly) obese women there that said it was there choice. trying to mix it up. When i am at school on tuesday, i strength train in the gym. On wednesday i plan to do an aerobic free class and thursday I may go back in the gym not sure...the rest of the days i hope i can build the courage to do zumba with it, even if its just 10-20 mins I

BUMP for later..sounds interesting. Not quite understanding the guy that says if you cant maintain something..blah blah blah...as i see it, that's what the last phase is for :S. And the diet doesn't sound that bad, cutting out the stuff we should be cutting out anyways. I'll start this in August :)

Okay..got this kinda. But say my day is not active...either at a desk job or at home relaxing(until I exercise on a evening most days). Do i put light activity, and have my workouts in the workout sections at the bottom?, would that give a more accurate calorie setting...or is my day automatically active as I exercise??…

I am still confused...though one minute i understand then the next i don't lol. Anyways, if I put my lifestyle as active (only because of workouts, or walking) and I work out 6 days a week (45mins) and my calories have now been changed to 1550a day. So I have taken into account my exercise in this...so do I just ignore MFP…
