My last weigh in (july 3rd) was a 177lbs. Can't wait to hit 167!!! I aim for 140-ish, which suddenly seems within reach :) I'm 5"6 (168cm).

I'm in! I started using mfp seriously around the beginning of May this year and have so far lost 18lbs. We are on our vacation at the mo, so I need the extra motivation to keep on track.

Could you boil like 2 pounds of kidneybeans, at a friend or familymembers place, and then just freeze them in portion sized bags? That'll last you a few weeks... I even think they are better in texture after having been frozen.

Every Tuesday at my consultant. She has a prof scale and it's more accurate than my own. I measure myself every month or so...
