I started taking Levo in May and I have dropped about 20 pounds since then. Its the only thing that has helped me lose weight! It also helped my mental clarity, hair loss, etc. Everyone is different so if you do gain weight, go back and see your doctor. You should only see positive results.

^This!!! The key for me was recognizing the difference between actually wanting something and eating it just because I could. The other night I got halfway through a cupcake and was like, "why am I eating this? Because I have 600 cals left in my journal? I don't even like it that much!" Felt like a victory :)

Try the lemon-lime Sparkling Ice. Its really tasty and i am pretty sure its sweetened with Splenda. I drank those to wean myself off of diet coke, and now I don't even drink the sparkling ice. i have the non-sweetened La Croix instead. You can do this!!! :)

I feel much better since starting treatment for the hypo. but i am off birth control at the moment so I've also been dealing with the painful periods (when i get them, which isnt often), nausea, and weird hair growth (the. worst.) This morning I mixed chocolate whey, chocolate almond breeze (unsweetened), Trader Joe's cold brew coffee, a tablespoon of Nutella, and a tiny bit of stevia (4 drops liquid). it was delicious!

I work out on my lunch break. its the only time i will actually do it and be consistent. i'm too tired before and after work. we have a locker room with showers here so that makes it a bit easier. weekends i generally work out around the same time (noon) because i have the sleeping schedule of a teenager.

I (used to) make wheat toast with butter and honey, and use it as a spoon for oatmeal. or even better, malto-meal. carbs on carbs on carbs yo. peanut butter on a hamburger is amazing. especially if there is bacon involved. curry powder on popcorn (try it, its crazy good)

went shopping for my hubby yesterday and decided to pick up a new pair of shorts for myself. grabbed my usual size and i was swimming in them! i am officially a size 14 (US). i havent been a 14 since high school so this is pretty damn exciting.

In the same boat over here...miscarried at 6 weeks in March of 2013. Not due to weight, but it definitely inspired me to get as healthy as possible before i get pregnant again. I have PCOS and newly diagnosed hypothyroid.
