  • I have lost 130 lbs in 11 months. But I still have a long ways to go so it came off pretty fast at the beginning. But anything is possible if you want it bad enough. Make sure to add exercise in as well. Good luck on your journey! :happy:

  • I think mine is a Taylor. It's digital and compares to my Doctors office. I had a Health-O-Meter I could cheat on so I got rid of it. I can't cheat on this one. It was only like $25.00.

  • I love this because it's so true. It HAS to be about me, for me to do this...period!!! My 7 year relationship ended because he said I don't need him anymore.   • For me yes this is true. When i first started It took like 30 pounds or more to drop a size. Now I am dropping them at a faster pace, like 20 pounds. I'm sure as I get cloer to my goal it will be even less pounds.
  • I have a couple of pair. I don't know if they are helping shape my legs or not because I also do the elliptical all the time and I think that is helping more. They are comfortable after you get used to them. Balance at the beginning is a problem. I do feel it in my legs more when I walk in them than regular fitness shoes.…
  • Too Funny... I watch the best breakfast places this morning before going to the gym...One of the places he visit is about a 60 minute drive from me. ....Never been there though. I think I would get sick eating that stuff now. I watch Top Chef too... I can't eat that stuff I just look at it! :smile:
