I drink my green tea either plain, or with a bit of honey/lemon. Chai tea (the black chai, not green) with a bit of milk, pinch of sugar, and some cinnamon. And plain black tea, I either drink with skim milk, and a bit of sugar, or with a bit of honey. Not a fan of fruit teas, and I'm just starting to move toward herbal…

Thank you, both of you! I've been trying to walk more, as it is something I truly enjoy. I've been making sure to record as I eat, or before I eat. I've been a lot more attentive to what I am putting in my body, and how much! I've been doing really well not to over eat during a meal and it's definitely showing!

I was taking Alesse, and for the first bit, it made my period really light and short. After a few months, it went back to being heavy and painful. I also had a huge amount of weight gain; more so than "normal" for me. I put on about 20 pounds in 2 months.
