I sometimes eat out of a measuring cup. I get excited by working out, or the chance to try a new work out.

"You don't need to count calories, or watch what you eat. Just do roller-derby, and have lots of sex like I do!" -.-; I can't rollerblade, and if I eat whatever I want, without counting, I could easily just gain all the weight back, irregardless of how much I work out.
