    I'm from Canada too - Toronto, more specifically :). I'm doing an insanity/ChaLEAN extreme hybrid with some random p90X yogaX thrown in on random days off. I'd love to support you on your journey and hope you can support me too.

    i'm so excited to meet you all))) u guys look like an amazing crowd!

    bb_girl, i never got into yoga until i found a studio that i fell in love with, a great instructor and a class that i was into... try different classes with various instructors there. also, "karma classes" are a good way to go if you are just "shopping around"... almost every studio has them on the weekends and normally it is 2-5$/class :smile:
