I do the same thing on the weekends. I just plan accordingly. I will have something light like a bowl of cereal before I go to bed in the morning and I do alot of peanut butter crackers and fruit and veggies (low calorie) so they can sustain me till I eat my big meals. And of course I drink alot of water. Thats what I do.…

Just finished my first day! I thought I was gonna die and i was sweating like crazy!! I know it will get better though. Im not crazy about the lunges they made my knees not hurt but they don't feel good.

Im actually feeling good. Had a pretty good week. Really pumped for my weigh in on Wednesday. (Hoping to hit my first goal that I set for my self) Didn't exercise much this wk, but stayed below my calories. I also started logging my meals before I eat them and it seems to work so much better for me. I don't feel guilty…

The banana nut muffins in the package that you buy at the grocery store or gas stations. I happened to be eating one (had just taken the first bite) and looked at the nutrition values and saw it was 600 calories!!! Are you serious???? I lost my appetite and threw it away. Couldn't believe it. Never had one since.

Hi! My name is Monique. I am a cardiac nurse and there is nothing worse than an unhealthy healthcare worker trying to educate someone else about being healthy. I am currently 305 pounds. My highest weight has been 353. My starting weight was 330. I plan to loose over 100 pounds but 20 is a good start.

I use them and make breakfast burritos in the morning. Use egg whites (or eggs if you prefer), onions, bell peppers, meat if you want, add a little salsa and go to town!

Im an RN also and I do not count work as my exercise. I also do not count cleaning the house. i guess I consider them bonus. I only count activities where I intentionally make an effort to exercise. Just my opinion

I havent started yet but from my understanding... Inside the kit there is a calendar that tells you which DVD to work out to for that day and then I think you repeat for the next 30 days. you will need hand weights and an exercise ball for equipment. i actually had a post that was kinda similar. I am just starting my journey and I don't want to have a big belly ( I have 165 pounds to lose) and the responses that I got said that I should incorporate strength training along with cardio. Maybe you can try that. Good Luck to you.

Thanks. I am trying to lose the weight slowly. I hear when you do it slowly it usually will stay off longer. I will start to incorporate strength training. Thanks for the tips guys
