make your own turkey sausages...yummy! in my culture, we already eat different proteins for breakfast... but i usually have a protein cooked in coconut oil, and then a fruit/veggie smoothie

thank you so much for sharing!!! you look wonderful! 10 min mile is awesome! is there a particular plan or app you use? i started jogging at 2mp and finally worked my way up to a 20 min mile, hoping to get to a 15 min mile by the end of the year.

Well, I use it because I can't have dairy. I use it as a cheese substitute because it tastes a like parmesan cheese. I was surprised at how much I liked it. There are tons of recipes out there, mostly vegan. They might have it in the bins of the health food section in your local grocery store. You could google some recipes…
