I found out about it from two of my co-workers. It's been nice to see their progress and its helped to keep me motivated. I've become completely addicted to using my food and exercise diaries. MFP has been a major eye-opener for me in just 3 short weeks and it's been a great tool for me and my weight loss journey! :)
