Feel free to add me! I’ve been off the app for far too long and have gained far too much weight back. I am looking to change my unhealthy habits and start losing weight again. I want to feel amazing for my wedding next summer!

Hi there! I would love to be friends. My name is Katie. I have used MFP on and off for years as well but am starting back at it now that my newborn is a month old! I have managed losing 20lbs since coming home from the hospital. I have a little under 20 more lbs to go to reach my pre-pregnancy weight and another 20-30 to…

Hi there, my name is Katie, I am 29 and it sounds like we are in the very same boat! Starting today, I am once again trying to use MFP religiously to track calories as that is when see the most progress. I was at highest when I had my daughter last April. I weighed 240 lbs. I am now down to 176 with a goal weight of 149.…

Hi everyone! Feel free to add me. I'm always looking for extra support and motivation as well. I try my best logging my food and exercise but I tend to skip it on my weekends. I should really try breaking that habit though. I gained over 40lbs during pregnancy and although I've already lost all of it, I'm working on losing…

I had my first baby last April. When I went back to work, it was very challenging for me to juggle full time work and being a new time mom. I felt so exhausted all the time. I decided to try the T25 program and LOVED IT! Its perfect for me because it only requires 25 minutes a day. That is a lot easier to fit into my…

I am on Day 3 of my 3rd round of T25. I completed my first round with great results! Quit round 2 about 3 weeks into it and now I am at it again! This is a great program but definitely challenging. Always looking for new friends who need some extra motivation like me! :)

Hi there, I am attempting to do a 1200 calorie a day diet for approximately a month before I up them a little because I am participating in a biggest loser competition at my work. I have decided to cut out all chocolate, candy, pop, ice cream, pastries, cake, chips, crackers and cookies. I have a MAJOR sweet tooth so it is…

Hi Everyone! I am a working mother of an incredible almost 9 month old little girl. I gained 45lbs during my pregnancy and although I have lost all of it, I still have more weight to lose and need to set an example for my daughter. I am more motivated than ever to continue losing weight to become the healthiest I've ever…

I just finished week 2 and I absolutely LOVE IT! It's 25 freakin' minutes. Theres really NO excuse not to do it. I bought it because I have a 11 week old baby and I am back to work full time so some days its really hard to find time to work out but no matter what...I can find 25 minutes. I am down 5 pounds and have lost…

Last summer I made frozen yogurt drops. Put yogurt into a baggie, cut off a tip on one end, and squeeze little drops of yogurt onto a cookie sheet. Put in freezer and let freeze. Delicious and refreshing healthy and low calorie snack! :)

Thank you so much for your encouraging words!!! I've been SO anxious to start working out again. Since I had a c-section, I still have a few more weeks to go before I can do any kind of strength training but the cardio for now is a good start. Your right....I do got this!! :) :)

Hi there! Minus a 3 month period last summer, I've worked midnights for the past year and a half. I start work at 10:30p & get done at 7am. I thought long & hard about how I should track my food as well but for me I decided that sticking to midnight to midnight would work best. Once I get to work, I drink a lot of water…

I've recently started using the Polar FT4 and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! It is my first HRM and am SO glad this is the one I decided to go with. It is so easy and really has helped to keep pushing myself because I want to see a high # of calories burned! :) Highly suggest it!

You could try to do some different kickboxing moves that involve keeping your arms moving. That is a good way to keep your heart rate up without doing much moving around. If you are able to, you could stay in a squat position while doing some of it to add a little bit of a lower body workout to it as well. Good luck !!
