  • my favorite breakfast is a Thomas 100 cal english muffin with one egg ( i like to fry it in a frying pan with no grease or butter) and 2 slices of butterball turkey bacon. it only has about 220 calories and usually holds me til lunch. hope this help and keep all the good work. friend resqust me if you would like to.
