I want to start Insanity all over again. I almost completed the 2 month challenge last month, but had to stop because we were not allowed to workout at work anymore and I didn't own the DVDs. Now that I have my own Insanity, I'm able to workout at home and do more than 2-4 days of it. I'll join ya.

Make your goal smaller. Instead of looking at how many pounds you need to lose, 114lb, make it 20. Once you reach that, make it 20 more or even 30. If you make a bunch of smaller goals, you will reach your main goal before you know it. It wont be easy but it can and will be done. You can also find something you love to do…

Dancing will help you lose weight. I love to dance, so sometimes I put on a CD and dance with my 4 1/2 yr old, or the 2 of us will play Just Dance on the Kinect. Either way, I try to jump around and sweat. I also bought Zumba, which I LOVE, because it is a fun dancing workout.

I've used A&D for most of my tats and they all turned out great. I had one artist tell me to use non-scented lubiderm and I used that with great results as well. A&D is my favorite for the first few days, then I will use the lotion until the healing is done.

It's not good. According to the meal plan for the 3 days, you're net calories would be incredibly low or in the negative depending if you work out or are active during the day. What happens after the 3 days? You'll most likely gain it all back. Just focus on eating right.
