im in does a 100 lbs count lol but if i could lose 50 i would be estatic

i am a canadian, will keep you motivated when i can i am from good ole Manitoba

i also lack the will power but i have to do something because I am diabetic and if i don't smart up i will be on the insulin injectable and not just the pills. I find dieting very hard to do because i start something but i can't stick to it.

From Canada and applaud everyone here on this site. Losing weight is a difficult and the most frustrating thing to do. I am hoping that someone here will keep me motivated and help me out on the days that are difficult.:drinker:
