Yes, it's quite possible but just takes patience & hard work. I've lost over 200 overall, but when I actually changed my lifestyle and started using MFP, I used my weight at that point on here. I have about 40 to go, give or take.

I log most everything; exceptions include mustard, water, unsweetened tea and other food which has minute amounts or no calories.
