  • I would assume that there is inaccuracy of 10% in the calories consumed and I would assume that maybe your body does not burn as much as the tables states. Age and body metabolism is always big factor.
  • I lost 30lbs by just walking daily for at least half an hour at a pace of 4.0-4.5 miles/hour....It's the best exercise and it doesn't put any efforts on your knees. Keep on walking as you stick to your specified amount of daily calories.

  • I lost 20 lbs in 8 weeks by just reducing portions and walking for at least 30 mins a day. Sometimes I walk 3 sessions throughout the day, each is 30 mins.
