This is too funny! I've been wanting to get bangs so bad lately but this is a concern of mine...what will i do with them when i'm working out!? haha! I hope you find a solution I'm guessing I'll either go with bobby pins or a head band if I ever get the guts to get the haircut :)

I have a 16 month old! I didnt join until after my son's 1st birthday in September and I've lost 19 lbs so far! This is a great site and this is the longest I've stuck with a fitness plan, you will love it here i'm sure!

its what you have left after it calculates your exercise. Any time you exercise you are supposed to add the calories burned to your total calories for the day. So if you exercise and burn 200 calories, you need to eat 200 extra calories. It adds it all up for you automatically. Its pretty cool.

I'm a compulsive weigher. I just got a new digital scale for Christmas so, i'm constantly jumping on to see where I'm at. I find it keeps me motivated! And I log it on here whenever I notice a difference in my morning weigh in.

Remove it from your life! Get it out of your house and avoid places that promote it. I'm also a soda addict and I've found that when i keep it out of reach I do a lot better. Cranberries, blueberries, pomegrants. I watch a lot of Dr. Oz and he always talks about this stuff and how they are super fruits and so good for you...yada yada. Maybe you could google receipes with this stuff? Just a thought!
