I would cut all sugar unless in comes from a food or NATURE.... this mean the lest processed you can find fruits have sugar but it is complete and healthy for you in the collect amounts.. I do not add them... If you use the correct spices you are added such healthy things into your food the calories or not important.. MANY spices have amazing benefits including weight loss
