  • # 102 Angela For Sat 01/08 5/5 water 1/3 30 mins of cardio - did 45 on an elliptical 398 calories remaining at the end of the day For Sun 01/09 5/5 water 1/3 sets of sit ups 210 calories remaining I like this sit up idea. I definitely wouldn't be doing those without motivation. :happy:
  • #102 Weigh in at 276. That's 2 pounds lost! Also don't know if it will count, but I got up early this morning and did 45 mins on an elliptical. This would be my third day for the challenge and thus completed. Even if today doesn't count, I'm still proud I did it! On a side note, I'm going to be using a new scale from now…

  • I lost a mid-size microwave 4 years ago, didn't see the results, just assumed it was pointless, and stopped. Thinking of it as a microwave just amazes me. Wish I would've had this list back then, but I'll do it again! To to get to my first goal, I need to lose a 5000 BTU air conditioner. Bring it on!
