I'm not a drinker either and never have been. I really don't like going to bars with friends as I don't really see the fun in it. Most of them know not to bother me with alcohol and just use me as their dd. With new people (college roommate) I tend to pretend I'm busy and stay away from drinking environments.

470! :D

I did it last July, and honestly, the obstacles mainly just look hard but are fairly easy. I only skipped one - the climbing of the giant wall, because I have very little upper body strength and didn't trust myself. The rest seemed more a challenge of courage. I'm sure you can do it with no problems.

Most accurate: raw Edit: Thought I'd add most nutritional info's say a serving is "4 oz raw" Most convenient: cooked I personally weigh mine after as I cook from frozen, not raw. I doubt the calories are so substantially different that it really matters though. Unless you eat A LOT of meat a day.

I only have about 40lbs (maybe more) to lose, but feel free to add me.

This, but without the Diet Coke too. And add Nutella to the list. Yucky.

I graduated in 2005 and I'm guessing I weighed about 265. I'm now 209; the lowest weight I've been since about 6th or 7th grade.

Awesome job! There's a huge difference and you've been doing great! Proud of you!

Mmmm. Bump!

Sure, I'll join you. I need a reason to keep running once the snow's on the ground (I hate running on treadmills). I've done a few races before but only ran the whole 5k in one of them. I semi followed the c25k plan except at the end of the intervals I would run as long as I could. I only finished week 4 before switching…

Feel free to add me too. My friends keep dropping off, I only have a few left :(

Let's just put it this way for me, I can do about 40 normal push ups and zero decline. I can push my body up all the way and hold it for maybe a second before I collapse back down. I guess I have no strength in those muscles. Very awesome that you can do them easier though!
-
Yes! That happens every time to me too so I feel your annoyance. Feel better!

I jumped to where I left off so w2d2 complete. 2.8 miles in 57 minutes

I'm here lurking in the background. I'm putting in a garden so I've been building an awesome fence for the past week instead of doing normal workouts (trying to hurry before it's too late to plant anything). I'm almost done (though I'm going to have to make an extension) and it's supposed to rain for the next 10 days so I…

I'm from Richmond. Didn't realize there were so many people on here so close to me.

If I did it right, you ate 101.25 grams dry

I went here: amazon.com/mobile-apps/b?ie=UTF8&node=2350149011 then there should be a "get started" on the top right where you can put your phone number in. Then just follow the directions that pop up. That's what happens in the US at least
-
Omg I can't tell you how much I love you right now. I use the free version and love it. I'm so excited to try the pro! And I had no idea Amazon did that! I'm so excited right now!!! :drinker:

Bump. #4 sounds like it could either be amazing or gross. I have to try it!

You must work at the convenience store kind? I'm in a small box that customers have to push money to me through a drawer. Though I do have to help old people too. :)

I go here for when I need to know this: whatscookingamerica.net/Pasta_Rice_Main/pasta.htm It's under the "how to measure pasta - pasta equivalents" section. Hope that helps

I'm in! And for anyone doing it outside with a droid (maybe an iphone too), cardiotrainer is an awesome app to keep track of your distance/speed as you go.

I used both weights and bands. If you don't want to buy both, you can get by using bands as weights without a problem. I tried to follow the nutrition guide but it got annoying. I did follow the general guideline (eat lots of protein and little carbs for phase one, then a little less protein and a little more carbs, then…
