Chronic Swiss Chard
Cut leaves in half, length wise. Then layer and cut crosswise (like if you were chopping celery). About 1 inch wide cuts. Boil for about 2 minutes, until slightly limp. Strain and layer in a baking dish. Top with butter and grated cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. It’s DEEEEEELICIOUS!
Not necessarily healthy... but good! You could use a different butter/margarine, and even less of it, and a reduced fat cheese. I am making this for the 2nd night in row! YUM!
