I logged in every day since I started, and I find that it helps me to stay focused, and I am getting good at judging portion sizes, since I am still measuring and weighing things, and checking calorie counts ahead of time, to plan what I will eat. I also like the 'calories you have left' feature, I know that if I am going out at night, my lunch has to be light. Or I can do more exercise, to earn more calories.

    I was at 90 until I went on vacation and didn't log in for a day or two, so now I'm at 5!

    Tomorrow will be 110. I did have nearly 200 last year and then I wound up with no internet for a week and my phone didn't log me in even though i was interacting on my account (no clue why) so I lost that.
