Tea! My current favorite is Genmaicha green tea... it's green tea mixed with toasted rice. It gives it a hearty flavor and I use it when I know my hunger is just in my head. :D

I have found seasoning recipes on www.allrecipes.com that are really nice because you can make big batches of it and also alter it to your taste. So far, I've made taco seasoning, fajita seasoning, and italian seasoning... with good success! Good luck!

You have to find what's right for you. Some here eat their calories back and some don't. They both lose weight. I have eaten my calories back and still have lost 15 pounds in about 2.5 months... although, I've opted to lose 1lb. per week so that I don't feel deprived.... and I don't. Good luck!

I agree with the above post about vegetables... it's easy to sneak in some carrots, cucumbers, beets, and spinach in a fruit smoothie. I also like to add soft tofu and some fresh ginger if I want a kick.

Drinking a cup of plain hot tea helps me. Something warm in my stomach feels nice especially when I'm suspicious the hunger is emotional.
