I'm restarting too - put on 4.5lbs over christmas (gulp) so am back on the wagon. Looking to try the 5:2 diet - has anyone else tried this?

I looked it up on a website where you can put in your weight, duration of the class too :) Just had my first class last night - I think I've finally found some exercise that I enjoy!
